Established for over 25 years, the Michelin Training and Information Centre in Stoke-on-Trent has long been considered the reference for tyre industry training in the UK and Ireland. It offers a comprehensive portfolio of more than 100 training courses, many with City & Guilds and REACT accreditation, covering all aspects and roles in the tyre industry. These range from fitting and technical courses for tyre fitters and technicians, to sales training for site and field-based staff and management training and development courses for depot managers and business owners.

Training and development of people is essential for the future of every business, and that’s why we trained more than 1,500 people last year, helping improve standards in the tyre industry. The fully equipped training centre in Stoke-on-Trent boasts the latest technologies, with six lecture rooms, an IT suite, on-site truck, agricultural and earthmover workshops, mocked up tyre dealer premises and video / role-play facilities. Alternatively, members of our dedicated training team can deliver training at your site, tailored to your requirements.

Our courses are based on years of experience combined with the latest research and using all of the latest equipment associated with tyres and best management practices.
