Our presenters

With over 28 years of experience within Michelin and a strong background in logistics, quality control, operations and team leadership, I have developed extensive expertise in process improvement, performance management, problem-solving and customer-focused operations. Having progressed from hands-on quality and logistics roles to EDC Shift Manager, I have a proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

Since January 2026, I have worked as an External Training Instructor, using my technical and operational experience to develop and deliver engaging training. I have a strong interest in digital innovation and AI, actively exploring new technologies to improve efficiency, develop engaging training materials and presentations, and enhance communication through digital content.

I have been a Michelin employee for 14 years and counting with a vast experience in various roles, mainly within the Service and Solutions area of the business, ranging from contract administrator to business analyst.

Part of the Michelin Training and Information Centre team since January 2022 with a good knowledge spanning across all business lines delivering technical and soft skill training to internal and external delegates. 

I have held the role of Training Instructor since January 2020 having previously had a variety of different roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and CRM within Michelin since I joined in September 2000. I am predominantly B2B and Soft Skills focused where I can bring a broad range of experiences to help to support and develop people through training and coaching.
