Display profiles of your presenters [trainers, coaches, facilitators] within this section of your website. It’s simple to add a profile, just open your presenter record in Arlo and from the presenter tab, add their profile content, then tick ‘Show this presenter on the website’.

I have been a Michelin employee for 14 years and counting with a vast experience in various roles, mainly within the Service and Solutions area of the business, ranging from contract administrator to business analyst.

Part of the Michelin Training and Information Centre team since January 2022 with a good knowledge spanning across all business lines delivering technical and soft skill training to internal and external delegates.

I have held the role of Training Instructor since January 2020 having previously had a variety of different roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and CRM within Michelin since I joined in September 2000. I am predominantly B2B and Soft Skills focused where I can bring a broad range of experiences to help to support and develop people through training and coaching.

I have been part of the Michelin Training and Information Centre Team since January 2014.  My  knowledge covers B2C and B2B.  I deliver technical and soft skill training to internal and external delegates.
