Minor Repair

Delegates will not only be trained to a high standard in carrying out repairs successfully. They will also be able to converse with customers professionally regarding those repairs, thus increasing customer satisfaction.

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

• Explain the basic elements of car tyre technology
• Explain the difference between a minor and major repair
• Inspect and identify if the tyre is suitable for a repair to be carried out
• Carry out minor repairs to BS AU 159 (f)
